スターバックス リザーブ ® ロースタリー 東京は、予約することなく、ご入店いただけます。
ご来店前日に、翌日の入店時間を指定できるオンライン受付を行っております。 受付数に限りがございます。
混雑時のみ、スムーズにご利用いただくために、
店頭で順番待ちの整理券を発行し、番号順にご入店をお願いしています。
整理券の発券数には1日あたりの上限があります。上限に達した場合、発券は終了となります。終了時には、ロースタリー 東京公式SNS（Xアカウント）でお知らせいたしますので、ご来店前にご確認ください。
オンライン受付、順番待ち整理券ともに席の予約ではございません。

スターバックス リザーブ® ロースタリー 東京に隣接するビルに掲示している二次元コードを読み取り、サイトにアクセス。
- 外部システム（Airウェイト）に接続します。
- 必要に応じて言語選択を行います。
メールアドレスの入力と受付
案内に従いメールアドレスを入力して受付し、受信したメールのリンクから、受付入力の画面にアクセス。受付人数を入力後、内容を確認し「受付する」をタップ。
番号順の呼び出し後、店舗入り口へ
呼び出しメールが届き、待ち状況確認画面のステータスが「呼び出し済み」になったら、店舗入り口で受付番号を提示して入店。

Scan the two-dimensional code posted on the building adjacent to Starbucks Reserve® Roastery Tokyo to access the AirWAIT website (external system).

Enter your email address and register
Enter your email address as directed. Click the link in the email you receive to access the booking screen. Enter the number of people in your party, confirm the details and tap "Booking".
After being summoned by number, go to the entrance of the store.
After you receive a summoning email and the status on the waiting status confirmation screen changes to "Complete", present your booking number at the store entrance and enter the store.

During the designated period, some third floor terrace seats are reserved for customers who make reservations.

This is a set plan (advance reservation required) for enjoying recommended food and beverages on the third floor terrace.
Applicable period:
- March 17 (Mon) to April 6 (Sun) ※Dates are subject to change.
The plan includes:
- Boxed meal, coffee or tea from designated menu, original blanket
Price:
- 8,000 yen per person (including tax)
- Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis at the TableCheck website. (Reservations and inquiries cannot be made by phone.)
- Seats are assigned (not selectable) and available for up to 120 minutes.
- On the day of your reservation (up to 30 minutes before your reservation time), please present your reservation completion email at the store entrance to enter the store (an entry ticket is not required) and enter the third floor terrace at the designated time.
- Cancellations are accepted 1 to 3 days in advance.
Same-day cancellations are not accepted. If inclement weather, etc. prevents use of the terrace, the boxed meal, coffee or tea, and original blanket are provided without terrace seating at a discount (6,000 yen including tax). - For further details on the cancellation policy, etc., please see the notes section of the TableCheck website.

Can I make an online registration to enter the store in advance of my arrival date?
- Yes. We only accept online registrations the day before your visit.
How many people’s numbered tickets can I register at once?
- A single ticket or registration allows up to 5 people to check in. If your party includes 6 or more people, two tickets or registrations are required. (You can make two tickets or registrations yourself or have someone else make the second ticket or registration).
What should I do if I can't visit the store immediately after my number is called?

What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation email from the system ( AirWAIT or AirRESERVE)?
- You may have entered the wrong email address, or the email may be in your spam folder. Please check and make a new ticket if you haven’t received the email.
We made a numbered ticket for a group, but I would like to enter the store later than other members.
- You can enter the store later than other members as long as one of them comes to the store entrance when you arrive to confirm that you are a member of the party.
Can I enter and exit the store as many times as I like with the same numbered ticket?
- The numbered ticket is only valid once. Once you leave the store, you cannot re-enter with the same numbered ticket.

Can I sit anywhere I like?

All seats in the store are available regardless of where you make purchases.
There are various types of seats on the 1st to 4th floors. Please find your favorite spot.- Notes: During peak hours, you may have to wait to find a seat. During store events and staff meetings, we may not be able to guide you to your desired seat.
How do I order, pay and receive my order?

Place and pay for orders at cash registers where those items are available on each floor. When items are ready for pickup, you’ll be notified by a supplied pager that vibrates and glows red. Please come to the appropriate pickup location at that time.
Can I order takeout beverages at the store?
-
Some items are available for takeout. Please see the menu or ask a barista to determine what is available for takeout.
- During busy hours when entry tickets are issued, an entry ticket will be required even if you only want to order takeout and will not enter the store.
Can I store my luggage somewhere?

Unfortunately, we do not provide storage space. Please bring your belongings to your seat.
